By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order through our site is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline, for example if an item goes out of stock before we can fulfil it. An order isn't confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. We'll let you know as soon as possible if we can't fulfil an order, and any payment already taken will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Sixth Wonder is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on orders. Shipping prices include postage and packaging and are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Available payment methods (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc.) are shown at checkout and may vary.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. This won't affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping

We ship to the UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, and New Zealand.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 7 business days of purchase. Please note that this time frame refers to processing only and does not include the delivery period. During periods of high demand, such as new releases or holidays, processing may take an additional 2 to 4 business days.

EU orders must be placed via Bandcamp rather than through this site.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred; these are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate potential charges. For guidance, please contact your local customs office.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “CANCEL MY ORDER” and your order details.

Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

As a UK consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To use this right, email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to tell us you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Once we receive the item, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including the cost of standard delivery. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Items should be returned unused, unworn (other than trying on for fit, as you would in a shop), unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged (beyond minor wear to CD sleeve or packaging), or incorrect, please email [email protected] with your order details. This is separate from, and in addition to, the 14-day cooling-off right above, and we'll cover return postage as part of resolving it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our name, logos, artwork, photography, and designs, belongs to Sixth Wonder or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our liability

We provide this site and our products as described, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like loss of profits) arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
